When a candidate is hired in SmartRecruiters and Onboarding is enabled, the onboarding process triggers automatically. A scheduled job converts the new hire to an internal user on their start date.
Customers using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management are not required to migrate. SmartRecruiters is positioned as an alternative path, not a replacement mandate.
