Performance & Goals in 1H 2026 expands AI-assisted insights to all step types and introduces new validation rule capabilities, giving managers and HR teams more consistent and flexible tools for performance review processes.
Managers can now access AI-assisted performance insights in iterative and collaborative review steps, not just single-role steps. This provides consistent AI support across all performance review types.
Previously, managers in multi-role or collaborative steps lacked AI insight access. This enhancement removes that gap, improving evaluation efficiency and consistency.
Requires contact with your Customer Engagement Executive or Account Manager, and the 'Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms' option must be active.
Administrators can now create validation rules that trigger warning or error messages during form completion. Messages are created in Manage Data and associated with specific rule conditions in Configure Business Rules.
When conditions are satisfied during form save or step transition, users see messages grouped under 'Pay attention to N issues' or 'Solve N issues' categories, accessible from the form footer.
If an HR manager selects 'Ready for Promotion' while giving an overall potential rating below 4, an error message now highlights the discrepancy and requires revision before submission.
These enhancements allow organizations to apply additional validation logic tailored to their specific performance review requirements.
The redesigned History UI and Editing UI in Full Profile continues expanding, now including Compensation Information alongside other profile areas.
